My passion for community, education, and the beauty industry led me to design a place where people can learn new skills, receive support, and access high-quality services all in one empowering environment. With years of experience as a nail technician, beauty educator, and business mentor, I’ve seen firsthand how beauty and education can transform lives. At Klub K, members not only get access to workshops, programs, and events—they also receive exclusive nail services and beauty perks designed to help them feel confident, polished, and ready to step into new opportunities. Cancellation Policy

Kerizma Unlimited – Cancellation & No-Show Policy Effective Date: 2/1/2026 At Kerizma Unlimited, we value your time and ours. To provide the best possible service to all clients, we require advance notice for appointment changes or cancellations. 1. Appointment Cancellation More than 24 hours’ notice: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost. 2. No-Shows A no-show is a client who fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without any notification. A no-show fee of 50% of the booked service price will be charged. Repeated no-shows (2 or more) may require clients to pre-pay and place a deposit for future appointments. 3. Late Arrivals We understand delays happen. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting other clients. Late arrivals may be subject to a late fee or a shortened service result based on time remaining. 4. Appointment Deposits Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service but is not refundable if the appointment is cancelled within the restricted timeframe. 5. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty up to 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee equivalent to the cancellation fee. 6.
